The technical team has a wealth of knowledge on arithmetic logic of the digital function design. The automatic functional ECO tool EasyECO was successfully released to the market in 2008, and has been adopted by many world-renowned IC design companies. The core technology has demonstrated an enormous market potential.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Applications Engineer (FAE) with expertise in Functional ECO design tools to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the US market. As an FAE, you will bridge the gap between our engineering team and customers, ensuring successful adoption and integration of our cutting-edge ASIC design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Collaborate with customers to understand their ASIC design needs and provide expert guidance on using our tools effectively.
Product Demonstration: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of ASIC design tools to potential and existing customers.
Customer Training: Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions to ensure customers can maximize the potential of our solutions.
Problem Resolution: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges encountered by customers during the design and verification processes.
Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer by relaying product improvement suggestions to the internal development team.
Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide technical insights that drive adoption.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical materials, such as application notes, user guides, and FAQs, to support customer success.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC design, verification, or supporting ASIC design tools.
Familiarity with EDA tools and ASIC design flows, including synthesis, simulation, timing analysis, and physical design.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog, VHDL).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Tcl, or Perl).
Understanding of design-for-test (DFT), low-power design techniques, and advanced node challenges.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Travel:
Ability to travel domestically (up to 20%) for customer visits, training, and support.
Preferred Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with popular ASIC design tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, or Siemens EDA).
Experience working in a customer-facing role or supporting pre-sales activities.
Knowledge of AI/ML applications in ASIC design flows is a plus.
