Dr. Wei serves as CEO & CTO since 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Wei served as CTO since 2014 where he constructed the core algorithm and the tool structure of EasyECO. As the CEO, Dr. Wei focuses on building a strong company infrastructure. On his CTO role, he interfaces with strategic ASIC design customers, and leads the field support efforts, to seamlessly align EasyECO's technology with emerging industrial needs. Wei worked at Agate Logic as an algorithm developer for FPGA logic synthesis prior to pursuing his PhD degree.
Dr. Wei received his PhD in Computer Engineering from Chinese University of Hong Kong, and both his MS and BS degrees of Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University.
Dr. Diao serves as product development lead in the physical optimization area since 2014. As ASIC process node moves deeper in nanometer, physical optimization has become a critical differentiation of the success of post-mask ECO. Dr. Diao’s research and development efforts propelled EasyECO’s performance; and have prepared EasyECO for the advanced process technologies to come.
Dr. Diao received his PhD in Computer Engineering from Chinese University of Hong Kong. He holds a MS degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, and a BS degree of Computer Science from Fudan University.
As a co-founder, Dr. Lam lead the product development group of logic optimization since 2014. Dr. Lam applied unique techniques such as logic synthesis, SAT, and AI algorithm, in the ECO optimization to drive EasyECO’s performance and benefits. Applying AI’s mini neural network framework to Boolean logic for better ECO results is one of his current research areas, which will further strengthen Easy-Logic’s technology leadership in tool algorithm development.
Dr. Lam received both his PhD and BS degrees in Computer Engineering from Chinese University of Hong Kong. He holds a MS degree of Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong.
Ms. Ding joined Easy-Logic in 2019 as Director of Operation. Since then Ding has steered Easy-Logic’s financial health to new heights. She supervised a wide range of startup efforts such as business strategic remodeling, fund raising, financial management and board meeting reports. Prior to Easy-Logic, Ding worked at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation as Venture Fund manager; before that, on financial analyst positions at Roche China and at Ernst & Young, both specialized in internal risk control and startup operation.
Ms. Ding received her MBA degree, as well as an MS degree in Biomedical and Biochemical Science, from Chinese University of Hong Kong. She holds a BS degree of Banking and Financial Support from Shanghai University of International Business.
