Easy-Logic Will showcase Its Latest Product Features at Design Automation Conference 2023

Hong Kong, July 3, 2023 - Easy-Logic Technology today announced its participation at the Design Automation Conference (DAC) 2023 exhibition, to be held in San Francisco from July 10 to 12.  Easy-Logic Technology will showcase its latest Functional ECO features at the event, including the newly released product ScanChainECO, which is designed to address Design-For-Test (DFT) issues during the functional ECO process.

The increasing complexity of ASIC chip design and tightening project schedules present significant challenges to the design team, necessitating frequent implementation of Functional ECO operations. One specific area that poses difficulties for designers is managing the DFT scan chain logic, which is automatically inserted by tools during the design process. Handling the scan chain modifications resulting from functional ECOs often demands a substantial amount of effort from designers to achieve optimal results.
